David is a founding director of Clifford Rickards Associates. Widely experienced as a Quantity Surveyor and Employers Agent, David gained his experience working on numerous construction projects such as civic buildings, commercial offices, transportation, housing associations, central and local government contracts and ecclesiastical buildings.

David’s skills have been fortified by opportunities to be involved with prestigious and highly sensitive commercial and engineering projects with clients including London Underground, Railtrack and NatWest Bank. David has also developed an extensive portfolio working on award-winning ‘one off’ bespoke houses including new build, extension, alteration and refurbishment. Leveraging his wide-ranging expertise, David offers clients a guiding hand across the duration of their project.

David has a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying and is MRICS qualified.

In his spare time, he enjoys country walks, motor sports and relaxing with family and friends.
